Address Confidentiality Program

Pennsylvania has a program to help victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking to keep a new home, work or school address confidential from their perpetrators. The Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) provides eligible victims with an alternative mailing address. This address may be used to fulfill the address requirements of court and government records, such as drivers' licenses, library cards, traffic tickets, vehicle registrations, employment security, school records, workers' compensation and court petitions. If you would like to know more about the ACP program, contact one of CVC’s 24-hour hotlines, 610-692-7420 or 610-692-7273, and ask to speak to a CVC Advocate or visit http://www.paacp.state.pa.us
