CVC partners with and is funded by The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) in our efforts to address and prevent Sexual Harassment in the workplace. See how sexual harassment contributes to sexual violence in our community here.

Safe and Secure Kids offers online learning opportunities and resources for parents and educators to use with elementary students. The purpose of Safe Secure Kids is to provide free, high quality, educational materials to share information about healthy sexual development including communication skills, and setting and respecting boundaries.

Child Safety Plan

Safe and Secure Kids offers online learning opportunities and resources for parents and educators to use with elementary students. The purpose of Safe Secure Kids is to provide free, high quality, educational materials to share information about healthy sexual development including communication skills, and setting and respecting boundaries. 

The Stewards of Children program is a prevention training for parents and youth serving organizations to learn how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. It is the only evidence informed training proven to increase knowledge, attitudes, and child protective behaviors of adults.

NetSmartzKids is an online resource designed to help families keep children safe when online. It has games, videos, activities, and other resources to help form a healthy foundation for a child's relationship with the internet.

Teachers and Educators

The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) collaborates with leading experts and supports districts, schools, and states nationwide to drive research, guide practice, and inform policy around Social and Emotional Learning. CVC works to increase and support SEL in schools all around Chester County. Checkout CASEL's website for more trainings and resources. 

Teaching Tolerance provides lesson plans and guidance for teachers and schools to help educate students in more inclusive ways. The goal of these resources are to create more respectful and accepting school environments, welcoming to anyone of any background. 

For Teens

For Teens

Love is Respect: Being a teenager can mean entering into your first romantic experiences. There isn’t always a good road map for doing so safely. Love is Respect has a ton of resources for teens in navigating these relationships in a healthy and safe manner. They also offer ways to help a friend as they enter into their own romantic experiences
