CVC's COVID-19 Update

We are here for you, 24/7, even and especially during the COVID-19 Outbreak. To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, all CVC staff will be working from home until further notice.


Our hotlines will continue to be answered 24/7 by our Direct Services team. We have suspended in-person accompaniment until further notice. 


Our walk in hours at our West Chester, Phoenixville, Kennett Square and Coatesville

Drop In locations are also suspended until further notice.


For our counseling clients, our Counseling team will offer sessions over the phone or reschedule them until after the crisis passes, our counselors will be reaching out to determine your preference.


Our PE team will be hard at work on future programming and responding to any needs our schools may have during these difficult times.


We will continue to keep you updated on any changes to our services, please remember our hotlines will always be available 24/7, 610-692-7273 for victims of sexual assault and 610-692-7420 for victims of all other crimes.


Please stay safe and healthy and as suggested by the Chester County Health Department Director Jeanne Casner, "If you have to stay home for an extended period of time...Have a meal together. Laugh. Play a board game. And exhale."
