Prevention/ Education

 CVC’s Prevention/Education Department offers programs to schools and community groups throughout the county in order to promote community awareness and reduce victimization.  Presentations are available to:

• Preschools
• Elementary Schools
• Middle Schools
• High Schools
• Colleges and Universities
• Professional Groups
• Parents Groups
• Service/Civic Organizations

 Topics include, but are not limited to: Bullying, Personal Safety, Internet Safety/Cyber-Bullying, Gender Bullying/Sexual Harassment, Respectful Relationships, and Acquaintance Rape.   Presentations can be tailored to the needs of the group.  If there is a topic you are interested in presenting to your group and do not see listed, please contact the Prevention/Education Department and they would be happy to assist you.
