I've lost my voice

Did I ever, in your ears have one to being with?

"Speak up" you said "Don't slur your words"

Yet when I "spoke up and clearly"

You don't let me speak.

You wondered why I hardly slept.

If you mind replayed all the things you say.

Over and over again like a broken record

You too would cross the "No Sleep" border.

Sometimes you should listen and not jump in

When I'm attempting to tell you

What really happened and why.  I don't

Lie like I use to.  No point if later

You'll know the truth

Just let me show you that you raised me right

Let me prove that boys and sex are not ALWAYS on my mind.

It seems to me that I found my voice
